What it means to be a true man in XXI century.

As for me, being true man in this century it means to be someone who is dependable, emphatic and  assertive.

I’m sure that everyone should be somehow dependable- someone who can be trusted and helpful. Man are known in most of cultures as head of the family- someone like that should be able to take care of others and be trusted. People need to be emphatic and don’t be blind at any kind of harm. Being emphatic means also being someone who can understand others and want to possibly help them. And lastly being assertive is really important, if this goes to characteristics. It.s well known that surroundings can really influence men’s opinion- especially if this goes for other males. No one wants to be seen as weak and often they take stupid challenges just to show that they’re not some weaklings. Being assertive means that you have your own opinion and it’s not easy to change and to provoke.

Being true man is myth that every boy wants to reach, but truly being true man means being good person- you don’t have to be macho and be cool, the most important thing is to be respectful for others, behaving well and don’t harm others.
