As you watch Tim Burton's movies you often see faces of actors who you know well from other stories of this director. One of these actors is Johnny Depp. They've collaborated ever since Burton's hit "Edward Scissorhands" (1990). Some even name Johnny as Burton's muse. He's really popular because of his specific roles and characters from Burton's masterpieces. Another artist, that shows really often in Burton's productions is Helena Bonham Carter, director's 3rd ex-wife. Their collaborate started in 2001 in movie "Planet of the Apes". She's really well-known from "Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street" and "Alice in Wonderland". Both of actors had worked together many times and are good friends in real life.
I was sure Helena Bohnam-Carter and Tim Burton were still married. Aren't they?
ReplyDeleteThey were very well-known eccentrics in London - they were married but lived in separate neighbouring houses in Notting Hill. Can't believe already in the past!

I don't even know that Johnny Deep and Helena Bohman-Carter have played together in these movies and that they were directed by Tim Burton.
